Organizations & Teams
Realastat supports multi-user organizations: shared workspaces where a team can collaborate on deals, documents, contacts, and pipeline in one place.

Roles
Every org member has one of three roles:
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access: invite members, manage billing, delete the org |
| Admin | Invite members, manage deals/docs/contacts/pipeline |
| Member | Access shared workspace; no invite or billing permissions |
Only one owner per org. The owner is always the person who created the org and holds the Team subscription.
Workspaces
Every user has a personal workspace and can also be a member of one or more org workspaces. These are completely separate:
- Data you create in personal mode stays in your personal workspace
- Data you create in org mode belongs to the org and is visible to all members
- Switching between workspaces is done via the workspace picker at the bottom of the sidebar
You can be a member of multiple orgs and switch between them freely.
