Buy Box
Your Buy Box is a set of investment criteria that Realastat uses to score every deal you analyze. Set it once and the app automatically flags whether each deal meets your standards.

Personal vs. org buy box
- Personal workspace: your own buy box settings apply, configured in Settings → Buy Box
- Org workspace: the org’s shared buy box applies, configured in Settings → Buy Box (same URL, different data when in org mode)
When you switch workspaces, the buy box switches too.
Target Locations accepts plain text separated by semicolons. You can type city names, metro areas, zip codes, or states; whatever matches how you search for deals.
How buy box matching works
After analysis, each deal card shows a buy box indicator:
- ✅ Green: the deal meets all your configured thresholds
- ❌ Red: one or more thresholds are missed
Hovering the indicator shows which specific criteria were missed. This is a fast way to filter deals at a glance when you’re moving through a large batch.
