Realastat offers three plans: Free, Pro, and Team.

Pro plan
Pro is for individual investors who want higher limits and no interruptions. At $19/month (or ~$13/month billed annually), you get 50 analyses and 100 documents per month.
Annual billing: Pro plan users save 30% by paying annually; approximately $159/year vs $228 billed monthly.
Team plan
Team is for firms, brokerages, or investor groups who need a shared workspace. At $25/user/month, everyone on the team works from one shared deal list, pipeline, and document library.
The org owner pays for all seats. Seats are added when invites are accepted and removed when members leave. See Billing & Seats for a full breakdown.
Team members can also have their own personal Pro plan; the two subscriptions are independent. A team member’s personal Pro plan covers their personal workspace; the org’s Team plan covers the shared org workspace.
Upgrading
- Free → Pro: Go to Settings → Billing and click Upgrade to Pro. You’ll be taken to a Stripe checkout.
- Pro → Team: Create an org in Settings → Organization, then upgrade to Team in Settings → Billing.
- Annual vs monthly: Toggle between billing intervals on the billing page. Switching to annual takes effect on your next renewal.
Downgrading
- Pro → Free: Cancel your subscription in Settings → Billing. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- Team → Free: Delete your org or cancel the Team subscription. All org members lose access to the org workspace. Your personal plan (if any) is unaffected.
Cancellation
All cancellations are immediate in terms of the subscription ending, but Pro access continues through the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months.
Payment methods
Realastat uses Stripe for all payments. We accept all major credit cards. Invoices are emailed after each charge.
